Justin Bieber Was The Target of a Foiled Murder and Castration Plot! His Manager Speaks Out

Not only is Justin Bieber a multi-platinum pop star — with his own blockbuster concert movie — he's also a shrewd businessman, apparently. The Biebs has reportedly invested in many business ventures, including streaming music service Spotify, video-sharing app Viddy, video game maker Sojo Studios, and messaging platform Tinychat.Investigators have apprehended three men who were said to be plotting to castrate and murder Justin Bieber.

 

According to Albuquerque's KQRE news reports, Dana Martin — who is currently serving two life sentences in New Mexico for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl — had recruited fellow inmate Mark Staake and Mark's nephew Tanner Ruane to carry out the heinous crime. 

The plan was to nab Justin Bieber and his bodyguard at Justin's November show at Madison Square Garden. The three men then planned to strangle the two victims with paisley ties, which is apparently Dana's calling card, and then castrate Justin and the bodyguard. Yikes.

Dana has a tattoo of Justin Bieber on his leg and his said to be obsessed with him. For some reason, however, Dana turned himself, and then police tracked down the other men. Tanner reportedly had tools at his home that were to have been used for the evil deeds.

 Justin Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, spoke to Us Weekly about the plot. "We take every precaution to protect and insure the safety of Justin and his fans," Scooter says.

Thank goodness no one was hurt! We should all be allowed to enjoy Justin Bieber from a safe distance.
