Kid Cudi Leaves Kanye’s “G.O.O.D Music”

In a recent radio interview Kid Cudi revealed that he has parted ways with Kanye's "G.O.O.D Music" label.

"I'm no longer on G.O.O.D. Music. Kanye and I were talking on the phone the other day and these are things I've been wanting to talk to him about me starting my own direction and he got it because you know, he's trying to start his new path and try new things as an artist and he was just like, 'Man, I feel you as an artist. It's cool, whatever.' This is just from a business standpoint. There's no beef. There's no problems with anybody on the label. It's all love."

and furthermore, he revealed that he first had a chat with Jay-Z and once he got his "blessing" he then went on to break the news to Kanye! I wonder how Kanye feels about this but I'm glad there's no beef between Cudi and Yeezy!

"Despite Cudi parting ways with his G.O.O.D Music family, the "Just What I Am" rapper ensured his fans that he will continue to collaborate with Kanye West, Big Sean, Pusha T, and other artists on the label in the future, but he just won't have the "little baby with the dress on" on his album." 

Kid Cudi's forthcoming album, Indicud, is set to hit store shelves April 23.
